OUR INITIATIVES

Our Social Corporate Responsibility Projects

India is transforming, and the world is acknowledging the current government’s attempts to create a new India. With a large youth population and trained workforce, certain Indian corporations are world leaders. India has emerged as a key driver of new markets and increased productivity. However, we have yet to have an impact on social conditions. It is essential to establish inclusive growth policies which incorporate low-income and vulnerable populations. We will provide local communities with opportunities for skill development and capacity building.

Some of our initiatives include:

Organic Farming

The goal of organic farming in Vrindavanam Forest is to support our environmentally friendly projects while also providing job opportunities to the local population.

Solar

Vrindavanam Forest will use solar energy to heat water, cook meals, lighting, and ventilation needs. In this way we can save electricity bill and developing a greener world.

Biogas

Compression cylinders will be utilized to produce bio-gas, a flammable gas produced from fermented cow dung that can be used for both cooking and fueling farm vehicles.

Vermicomposting Toilets

The most significant benefit of the toilets is that the waste will be converted into fertilizer, providing organic fertilizer for the village’s plants. If only 10% of Indians used these toilets, we could transform 27 lakh tons of human waste into 5.4 lakh tons of organic fertilizer.

Gau Shala

Cow urine, a strong supply of nitrogen, will be used in agriculture, and cow dung will be used to power our renewable energy endeavors. We will have a gas plant to make cow dung slurry, a rich supply of nitrogen for the farm, as well as a kitchen waste conversion facility to provide rich manure.

Sattvic Bhojanam

Vrindavanam Trust has taken the initiative of promoting and supporting education by assuring school attendance by providing quality nutritious food through a midday meal scheme at the municipal schools of Poladpur, as well as providing at least one meal per day.
